$25 per applicant over the age of 18
The first month's rent and security deposit are due at move-in. The security deposit can range up to one month's rent.
The following documents will be needed to start the application process.

- Proof of income, such as 6 recent pay stubs or a current benefit letter
- Social security cards for every applicant
- Proof of citizenship or immigration status if applicable.
On-site parking is very limited and is given at first served basis. However the area has plenty of street parking near-by.
